Medical tattoo or tattoo of nipples after mastectomy gives the opportunity to women to acquire nipple and areola (the dark skin around the nipple) that look completely realistic and resemble their initial breast without the necessity of a medical surgery.
Occasions where reformation of the nipple and areola can be applied include the following: after mastectomy, in case of achromaticity (colorlessness) or dyschromia (discoloration), after breast reduction or growth surgery, demarcation of new outlines of the already existent areola (smaller, bigger).
The client will go through three stages of healing. Healing, peeling, assimilation. The period in question lasts approximately 45 days during which a repetitive treatment is applied to complete the technique and get an accomplished result.
It remains in the skin for many years and a repetitive procedure is likely to be needed in approximately 5 years’ time in order to maintain a more vivid color. The selection of the color is made depending on the color of the nipple of the other breast, with the possibility of a color correction of the existent breast as well. The tattoo of the nipple can be applied in about a month following the breast restoration, always with the doctor’s consent. In certain cases the doctor “builds” the nipple in a surgical way with the help of the so called prominence built with skin taken by the breast; in this case the result achieved is even more realistic. However in cases where a previous nipple does not exist, with the application of a special 3D technique with photo shading, a three-dimensional result is succeeded which is indistinguishable from the initial areola.
Painlessly, bloodlessly, getting a natural result, with an application time frame that does not exceed 60 minutes the woman is able to restore her female self-confidence, maximizing her psychological state the same time.
