AUTOBIOGRAPHY
Originating from the island of Samos and with roots that go back to the island of Crete I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Piraeus where I have been professionally occupied for the last 20 years.
Should I be asked how I would define happiness I would have immediately replied that my definition of happiness is the ability to live your life in such a way that ensures you and those around you the greatest pleasure you can get. My passion for beauty lead me to the path of aesthetics when I was a teenager and once I finished studying that same passion made me keep attending educational seminars with the major purpose of enriching my knowledge in the field I have chosen to expertise in.
Whatever has to do with human beings and their appearance, the improvement of inner and outer beauty has always held a special place in my heart, showing exceptional interest in creative beauty! It has been my desire and it still is, to undertake a particular face and attend to it either applying different treatments or making it up, so that at the completion of each service provided I would be able to introduce myself to a face that glows in shine and glamour and above all has become younger and prettier!
I have been engaged in various fields of aesthetics and beautification, I have cooperated and I am still cooperating with a network of dermatologists, plastic surgeons, beauty parlors where I had acquired a multitude of experiences and capabilities to be effectively engaged with techniques and studies related to both skin and its protection and the ways to fight aging.
In the course of my career, having earned the trust and the appreciation of those who benefited from the services provided I managed to build a network of my own, the great majority of which confiding in my attendance and expertise and to whom in turn I am called to apply all the knowledge I have acquired with joy, loving care and endless creativity!
In 2010 on a business trip to Italy I was introduced for the first time to the art of permanent make-up at an exhibition and I must confess I was so excited! This experience has played a decisive role in my life since it constituted a springboard to expand my horizons. The very idea that I would be able to improve the look of a face in a non-invasive way, highlighting its characteristic features and achieving a tailor-made “permanent” result that is as unique as every woman, had really thrilled me!
It was my choice to enroll in private schools and get an education in the beautification sector, acquiring knowledge in every technique that predominates in the huge universal industry of permanent make-up. Thus I had the opportunity to follow the footsteps of an area of expertise that is constantly marching along and that indisputably suits my personality, enjoying at the same time the progress of something that I am really fond of. In addition, taking part in various meetings, seminars and conferences I was constantly pursuing the latest developments of the beautification sector, a fact that brought me to the mastering of body tattooing as well. Subsequently I completed the respective studies succeeding in training in the field of areola and nipple tattoo with a number of techniques and photo shading managing to achieve three-dimensional realistic results applied to women who had undergone mastectomy.
Once I became aware of the fact that offering assistance to my fellow women by means of beautification I could actually create beauty and enhance both their psychology and quality of life, thus being a part of this improvement, my life goal started to take shape. With the clear notion of my destination I made the decision to apply medical tattoo to those women. It is a priceless sensation to feel that something you offer has made not only your life better, but has also improved the life of a stranger who has trusted you! Until today this sensation has definitely been my reward and my remuneration.
Since 2011 and until the present day my main scope of activity has been the exclusive application in the capacity of a beautician/cosmetologist/make-up artist whose expertise is in facial permanent make-up and medical tattoo of areola and nipple.
In 2015 an international conference with the presence of PMU artists from all over the world was held in Greece exhibiting and introducing new techniques and knowhow in permanent make-up. I decided to choose ALAN SPADONE, an artist of international reputation in the field of PMU whose name is associated with great experience and distinctions and enrolled in a PMU master class on a particular technique, namely super realistic eyebrows stroke by stroke, which technique I embraced later on.
In 2017 I decided to open a beauty parlor of my own situated close to the port of Piraeus in the region of Drapetsona. The choice I made was driven by the idea to ensure the creation of an intimate environment where to provide high standard aesthetic services, adding an elegant and caring touch to all those women who had showed faith in me and had made my dream to acquire a space of my own come true. So my venture was set up with the prime pursuit of showing my gratitude to all those women, their approval, support and trust in my work being my greatest reward. Hence a beauty salon was established that would secure access to each and every woman wishing to enjoy facial care services. And facial care is not a luxury, my dearest ladies, but as I insist on repeating it is a necessity! Because it allows you to feel as beautiful as you can and it is eventually subconsciously reflected in the surroundings you live in. Mostly in the living conditions and at the times we are currently going through.
The success I gained with time and the extra clientele I managed to attract triggered me and lead me to the decision to open the doors of a salon of “permanent” beauty in the area of Passalimani of my favourite Piraeus. Following all the required safety measures and meeting all the hygiene protection requirements in a conscientious and consistent way I provide the relevant services in this newly established place. The main objective of this new venture is to get known and in turn to get to know as many women as possible who want to make a good use of the art of permanent make-up that has come to stay and make us even prettier!
I love my job, I love it so passionately and overwhelmingly that I might say my love exceeds the mere semantics of the term “job”. I am constantly focusing on goal setting pursuing my objectives with eagerness and complete devotion and I am pleased to find out the recognition on behalf of the women coming to my beauty salon who entrust their image and their beauty to me.
The contemporary woman is called to respond to a number of roles, those of the mother, spouse, partner, working woman, housewife, friend, etc. Standing by women through my twenty years of experience I have noticed that in their attempt to be exemplary in every aspect of their life they can become tense or oppressed and often neglect themselves putting the priorities on everyone else. Herewith I would like to also address to the woman who has forgotten her female nature, though it is my belief that every woman must take care of her inner and outer self, must love and spoil herself without considering this loving care and attention as a luxury. And it definitely is not!! It is solely a demonstration of love for ourselves! During all those years having performed endless applications I have come to the conclusion that beautification has the power to contribute to the improvement of the psychological state of mind and the recovery of a woman’s self-esteem to the utmost degree! When you are fond of yourself you are in the position to see everything around you in a different way! You should never forget you are a woman, you are power !!!!!!!
